Or write to hola@serenos.es from the email of your purchase, with the subject "Delete my data".

Your messages, your preferences, your consent to offers, and your number from our contact list.

The purchase and payment records that the law tells us to keep for accounting. We delete them when that period ends.

We do it in one month or less, and we confirm it to you on the same channel.
