Terms of service

We find reservations at restaurants in Madrid that are hard to book, and we offer them to you.

We are not the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for the food, the service and its own rules.

The price is the price in the offer. You pay for our service. The price does not include the meal: you pay the restaurant for what you eat and drink.

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.

If two people pay for the same table, the first payment wins. We refund the other payment in full.

After the payment, we send you on WhatsApp or by text message: the restaurant, the date, the time, the party size, the name to give at the door, and the restaurant's rules for deposits and cancellations.

Arrive on time, with the party size of the reservation.

If the restaurant cancels the reservation, or if you arrive on time and the restaurant cannot seat you with the reservation, we refund the full price.

To ask for a refund, write to hola@serenos.es or send us a WhatsApp message, with the date and the restaurant of the reservation. We answer in 2 working days or less.

An approved refund goes back to the same payment method. It usually arrives in 5 to 10 working days.

If you do not agree with a charge, contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. Then we can solve it faster.

Tell us as soon as possible. The price is not refundable. If we sell the table to another person, we refund 80% of the price. We keep 20% for the payment fees and the work to sell it again.

Some restaurants charge a fee if nobody arrives, or if the reservation is cancelled late. The offer tells you this fee. If the restaurant charges it to us because you did not go, we charge the same amount to the card you paid with. You agree to this when you pay.

The reservation is a catering service for a specific date. So the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (article 103 l) of the Spanish consumer law, the TRLGDCU, and regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Do not resell or share the tables or the offers. If you do, we can close your access to the service.

The service is only for people aged 18 or more.

We are responsible for our service. We are not responsible for the restaurant's food or service.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

The law of England and Wales applies. If you live in Spain, Spanish consumer law also protects you, and you can go to the courts where you live.
